Hey there friends!

I have some news about my handmade embellishments.  As you know i love making my own flowers and even show you how to make them, however, many of my friends have asked me if they can buy them from me! So after Christmas i will open a little store where you can buy some bits and bobs i've made or bought in and my cards and other projects! Obviously this isn't going to earn me big bucks, its literally to earn extra pin money to spend on more crafting goodies and whilst this is the purpose, i will not be charging the earth for things, below i will show you some of the things i will be selling and there will be more to show you in the New Year, once i get some pennies together to make i hope you will stick with me, the first thing was an embellie i made tonight from baby pink velvet ribbon, pearls and lace, hope you like it, i LOVE it..................

These are beautifully feminine don't you think?

I will also be stocking my handmade vintage inspired flowers, these were all made with genuine ivory vintage lace i recently bought

I have also made white ones, coffee&creme ones and antique pink ones

I will also be selling bling crystal heart and round shaped buttons, and also painted wooden buttons at the moment in roses and oriental peony, although i will stock some other types after Christmas!

I am also going to be stocking Czech Crystal multi faceted beads in varied sizes

I will also be selling my handmade stickpins and i hope you like them as much as i do cause i will be giving some away!!

And that brings me on nicely to my ****BLOG CANDY**** I have decided to make another of my famous pincushions, especially for you!!! My 45th Birthday is on 14th December and on that date i will pick one lucky winner from my followers to win one of my pincushions, same as the pic below, maybe just different colours with 5 handmade stickpins to get you started on your collection......these pincushions are made, in the main, from recycled products, which is a cause i embrace!! Recycling!! So all you have to do is copy and paste the pic below into your sidebar and be my follower, thats it!! its that here's to my birthday and the lucky winner!! Hope you like all the exciting things coming in the New Year too............Hugs and lots of love, Vick xxx

Hi Guys,

Sometime ago, a weekly challenge blog in the good old U.S of A, Love To Create, run by two lovely ladies, Jackie & Tina, ran a DTCall in blogland and on Facebook, and i was lucky enough to be asked to join the team recently, and now my name and mug has been plastered on their blog, LOL, and i have done my first challenge card for today, i can post about it.
Now i must admit i was a little stumped with this theme because of the digi i chose to use, our sponsor this week is Bugaboo Stamps HERE and because of what i chose, its ended up being a little of a male orientated card, now i have problems with the males  (only cards though, LOL) Mr Mojo goes on holiday, AWOL, MIA whatever you wanna call it, he's never around, so......i hope you like it, and aren't too harsh, i promise to do better next week, lol, hugs, Vick xxx

Ingredients i used for this card

Kraft 6x6 card blank
dried leaves
Labels 28 Spellbinder dies
Background was made with my Promarkers
Digi from Bugaboo 'Scarecrow - Crows' coloured with Promarkers
Burlap Cord

Thanks for looking xx

What the heck happened to October, one minute it was September, next it was Halloween!! I know we say it every year about the years going fast but this year just seems to have sped up so much, especially the second half of it, anyway, i for one can't wait to see the back of it!
Anyway, onto something more happy! here is my dt card for the Ladybug Challenge where this month we are following the theme of 'monochromatic' so i thought i would do a pink&grey assemble, its quite a plain looking card but i have made it too, for my little niece who wouldn't appreciate handfuls of flowers and bling, she's only 7, lol, hope you like it!

Ingredients i used for this card

A linen white card blank
Grey Coredinations card
Pink Satin Ribbon made into one of my chocolate box bows (video on vixcrafts YT)
Small White Gardenia from Ladybug Crafts
Pink fluffy butterfly from my stash
Stamp is 'Bella with Presents' from Wild Rose Studio which i have coloured in with my beloved Promarkers

Have a great day and thanks for looking xxx
