MY 1ST HANDPAINTED CANDLE

Hi Crafters,

I hope this post finds you all in fine fettle! I have hand painted my first candle with Poppies and have taken a few pics, i thought you might like to see!





Sorry about the bad light on the pics, its kinda dark here today with rainclouds! It is much better in the flesh

  7. Oh Wow, Vick this is stunning. Your poppies are gorgeous. You are really on a roll with the old fushion lark now. I bought some candles and frames from the Swedish shop last week and you've inspired me to get creating now.

  18. Hi Vicky - wow, your hand painted candles are really beautiful -you said bad light when photographed - well it hasn't detracted from their beauty. I looked down your blog and there was a Grace card that was very pretty - did you paint the image? Mary G x

The 'Grace' card i did in promarkers however, i can paint in oils, acrylics and watercolours, so i could of, but on this occasion it was my lovely well loved promarkers, LOL...........bless you Mary! xxx hugs, Vick
